Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Dr. Neera Gupta bring surgical and internal medicine backgrounds to Sansa’s aesthetic and wellness care. Both physicians are directly involved in patient care and perform treatments at our Nashua practice.

Dr. Sanjay completed general-surgery residency and a surgical critical-care fellowship, bringing those backgrounds to aesthetic care at Sansa.
Dr. Neera Gupta, MD
Board-certified in internal medicine
Dr. Neera’s work at Sansa spans aesthetics and wellness. She leads medical weight management and conducts menopause and hormone consultations.

How do I find out what treatment will cost?
Pricing depends on the service and recommended plan. At your consultation, discuss your options, anticipated sessions, and budget before deciding. For the cost of a particular appointment or consultation, call our team before booking. Cherry payment plans are available subject to approval and eligibility.
Which treatments can address dark spots or uneven tone?
Sansa offers options including Lumecca IPL, Ultra Laser, and chemical peels. These treatments are not interchangeable. Recommendations depend on the cause of pigmentation, your skin type, and an individual evaluation.
